1. Purpose

The Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward existing learners for referring new students to eligible online degree programs offered through Just Education.

2. Eligibility

• The referrer must be an existing or past learner registered with Just Education.
• The referred person must be a new learner and should not have previously enquired, registered, or enrolled with the company.

3. Valid Referral Criteria

A referral will be considered valid only if the referred learner:

• Enrolls in an eligible online degree program
• Completes the admission process
• Pays the applicable program fee (full or first installment)
• Successfully clears the refund/cancellation period

4. Referral Bonus

• The referral bonus amount will be as per the current referral scheme applicable to the selected course/university.
• Bonus amounts may vary depending on the program.

5. Bonus Disbursement

• Referral bonus will be processed within 45-60 working days after successful enrollment confirmation.
• Payment will be made via UPI / bank transfer / wallet credit / fee adjustment, as applicable.

6. Taxation

• Any applicable taxes, including TDS, shall be borne by the referrer.
• The referrer is responsible for declaring referral income as per Indian tax laws.

7. Misuse & Disqualification

• Self-referrals, duplicate entries, fake leads, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
• In such cases, referral benefits will be cancelled without notice.

8. Program Limitations

• Not all courses or universities may be eligible for referral bonuses.
• The company may set limits on the number of referrals per learner.

9. Modification & Termination

Just Education reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or this policy at any time without prior notice.

10. Final Authority

All referral approvals are subject to internal verification. The company's decision shall be final and binding.

11. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
